We ship with Australia Post for all Standard Shipping orders. Express Shipping is sent via courier.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Shipping will usually take 5-7 working days for all orders with Standard Shipping. Express orders shipped via courier will take 2-3 working days.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally at this stage. We are looking to offer this eventually, and we might be able to offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis, so please get in touch. In the mean time, we do provide alternate locations to buy games for the games we both list and review.

Orders and Returns
How do I place an Order?
Add the items to your cart by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button the proceed to Checkout. There, enter your shipping and billing information and select your preferred payment method. We’ll send you an e-mail confirming your order, and then another when it’s shipped.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest.
How Do I Track My Order?
Try our order tracking page or use the tracking information provided and head to the Australia Post website and enter the details there.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Please get in touch with us ASAP. Once orders are shipped, they cannot be changed, however we will do our best to accommodate your changes where we can.
What is a ‘backorder’?
When a product is ‘backorder’, we do not currently have it in stock, though we are able to order it in for you if you wish to place an order. Generally, this will take a couple days to come in, and from there we will ship it out. If we are unable to source the item and you are unwilling to wait, we will give you a full refund to your original payment method.
How Can I Return a Product?
Please get in touch with us. We are happy to refund for store credit, or your money back (minus 10% to cover some of our costs) within 14 days of receipt. For more information, please refer to our returns policy.
