Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes these things happen. In cases of where you change your mind, we’re happy to take back the item and give you back the full amount in store credit, or via your original payment method (minus 15% to cover our shipping fees) as long as you reach out to us within 30 days. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging in order for a refund to be arranged.
If you have played the game a couple times, and it’s not quite right for you or your group of friends, please get in touch with us. We might be able to offer some store credit depending on the circumstances.
Return shipping must be arranged by the buyer, or otherwise can be arranged that the return shipping costs be deducted from the refund amount. Please ensure that all returns are properly packed and all tracking information is provided.
In cases of changed mind, all returns are made at our discretion, so please get in touch and we can work something out.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item we send is damaged or faulty, we will be happy to provide you with a new replacement copy at no extra cost. Return shipping will be covered by us, and we will provide you with a shipping label.
If—for whatever reason—you do not wish for a replacement item, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you think a product you received is faulty, please get in touch as soon as you can and we will arrange for your replacement as soon as we assess your claim.
